I woke up from a nap this afternoon, with an idea I can't do justice to stirring in my head.
Santa Claus keeps a list of whose naughty and nice. Traditionally making the former list merits a lump of coal in the stocking, but what if Santa (and possibly Mrs Santa) decided to get pro-active, and punish the female at the top of the naughty list? (Or the top on both male and female lists.)
Considering that Santa obviously has some means of compressing time, a lengthy attitude readjustment session could be squeezed into Christmas Eve or Boxing day.
Could a "naughty girl" actually be naughty enough to corrupt Santa instead of being reformed?
I know it will be another week or so before Hecate sees this, because she's on vacation, and Tiggs probably already has a Christmas story in the works. But I thought of them as the best qualified to write this story, and a collaboration would make it spectacular. However, the idea is out here in the public, so feel free to run with it. It's the sort of thing that can go many ways so there shouldn't be too much overlap if more than one author takes this on.
