If anyone feels like joining in, just message. Hopefully this thread can explore FemDom, submission and humiliation; it'd be good to see where a strong pair (possibly more) of characters can take it.

Ruben was on the verge of being a big success, and he knew it. At the age of twenty four he was, he hoped, about to be offered a junior partnership at the property business for which he worked. 'Huntington Ltd.' had been founded forty years previously by Felix Huntington, now Lord Huntington and one of the most well-respected businessmen in England.

A prime example of social and business success, Felix was now a kind, generous and down to earth elderly man. He still, however, took a very active role in his growing empire. In three years of ill health, Felix had relied on Ruben more than was strictly fair. Now in better heath, and being a fair man, Felix was now prepared to reward the young man for having shown maturity and capability beyond his years.

Knocking politely on the large double door of Felix' office, Ruben waited for the usual "Enter" and adjusted his tie. Opening the door, he found his employer behind his desk, tidying away some papers.

"Ah, Ruben" he beamed, his face creasing around his eyes. "Please, sit down my dear boy" he said, gesturing to a chair.

"Thank you sir" Ruben replied, seating himself and waiting for the other man to finish his sorting. After a few minutes, Felix cleared his desk and looked up at him. "Now, to business" he said, evidently cheerful. "As I dare say you've heard on the grapevine, I have decided to make some rather significant changes to... shall we say, the leadership of the company".

Ruben's heart was pounding now. He'd heard some rumours. Was his promotion imminent? Was he about to get a pay rise? Be put in charge of a special project?

Felix' voice brought him away from his own thoughts. "As you know, you have been invaluable to me and the success of the company recently. And at a time when I am considering taking less work on myself, I think the time has come, Ruben, to offer you the position of a Junior Partner.

Ruben's head swam. He couldn't believe his ears. Junior Partner. The expression on his face brought a chuckle from Felix. "Well, what do you think?" he asked.

"Sir, I'm amazed. It really is most kind" was all the young man could think of to say.

Felix beamed once more, crossing the room to shake Ruben's hand. "There is one more detail", he added. "Seeing as I shall be taking less of an active role, I decided to award a second Junior Partnership." Ruben hadn't been expecting this. If he had to share a position with any of the arrogant bastards from other departments he couldn't bear it. Felix continued.

"After a great deal of thought, I decided to appoint..." He was interrupted by a knock on his door.

"Ah this will be her now" he said, rising and walking to the door. Ruben's curiosity was raised. So, it was a 'she'...

Felix opened the door and stepped back to allow the third person enter.

"Allow me to introduce Miss Alexandra Huntington - my daughter"...

"Good morning Daddy," said Alexandra Huntington, a statuesque, trim, smart-looking blonde entered her father's office with a flourish.

She was dressed in a business suit, but the cut was a little shorter and tighter than the rest of the women executives. Her longs legs streamed out from the cream-colored short skirt, and the white silky blouse she wore under the matching jacket displayed an ample amount of tanned cleavage.

"How about a kiss for your favorite daughter?" she said.

The old man, known as the strong and respected leader of his firm, blushed at his daughter. Felix Huntington clearly doted on her. Alexandra wrapped her arms around him giving him a kiss and a warm hug.

"There, that's better," she said. ""I love you Daddy."

It was then Alexandra noticed Ruben sitting in a chair in front of Felix's desk.

"This must be my new partner," she said, standing above Ruben as he remained seated, looking very uneasy at the moment. "It's nice to meet you. Daddy has told me you are very capable. I'm sure we'll enjoy working together . . . as long as you do everything I say."

With the last comment Alexandra laughed merrily, enjoying the stunned look on Ruben's face at her joke. Felix was laughing as well at his impertinent daughter. She always knew what to say to break the ice.

As Felix explained the general responsibilities of their new positions, it was clear he assigned a bigger portion of the duties to Felix. And although Alexandra would have less to do, she would share the decision-making.

"That sounds wonderful Daddy," Alexandra said (she would have to remember to call him Father in front of his outside business colleagues).

Turning to Ruben, Alexandra said, "I hope you don't mind, but Daddy and I came in Sunday and I already picked out my office. It's the corner one with the private study and master bathroom."

"It's slightly bigger than yours, but I didn't think you would mind," she said. "If that's all Daddy, then Ruben and I should be getting busy. We won't let you down."

Alexandra rose and gave her father a peck on the cheek as she turned to leave his office.

"Come on, Ruben, I'll show you to your new office," she said. "It adjoins mine."

"Bye Daddy!"

Ruben was in a slight daze. Managing to croak "Good Morning, Sir" to Felix and shake his hand once more, he was led, it felt, by Alexandra along the corridor and to their new office suite.

Normally level-headed and logical, he struggled to stop his mind racing from the morning's events. Firstly, he had secured a Junior Partnership. Secondly, his new co-worker was no less than the Director's daughter, and (not least, he told himself), she happened to be gorgeous.

Ruben hardly heard a word of her chatter as they entered a small central entrance lobby which gave access to both offices. As she had indicated, they weren't quite identical; hers slightly larger and benefiting from two sides of large windows, being on the corner of the building. Alexandra opened the door to his room and walked straight in. He saw someone had had the foresight to bring some of his belongings up already. Although his old office had been stylish, these offices were in a different league. A floor-to-ceiling window looked out over the city, giving an impressive view and bathing the room in light. Details like the smaller cloakroom, the small leather sofa and drinks cabinet finished it off.

For a moment Ruben was lost in his own thoughts. Usually modest, he allowed himself to feel justifiably proud. After a few seconds, Alexandra's voice brought him back to the office...

"It appears we have guests," she smiled wickedly as she sat on the corner of his desk, un-crossed, and then re-crossed her legs.

"Oh, I'm sorry," the taller one blushed.

She was about 5'7" with long legs that seemed to go on for days. Her hair was pulled back in a severe twist and her green eyes framed with square, thin-rimmed glasses.

"My name is Maggie Pearlstone, I'm terribly sorry to interupt. I was brought here by your secretary and I guess I forgot to knock."

"Oh, that's quite alright, Ms. Pearlstone," she waved a hand of perfectly manicured, red talons at her and turned to Ruben. "Ruben, Maggie is going to be my new secretary. I figured you'd need an...erm...experienced secretary to show you the ropes."

"Quite right," the other, shorter woman, nodded.

"Oh, that's sounds great to me," Ruben responded nervously.

"Excellent," Alexandra smiled and then turned back to Maggie. "Follow me, I'll show you to your desk and then to my office. I'll need to show you the ropes, as well," she concluded, motioning her ahead and then winking at her former secretary, who then smiled knowingly.

They walked along the hallway until they came to the second largest office in the entire firm, which was nearly secluded.

"Ah, here we are," Alexandra motioned to a nice, glass topped desk. "This is your desk, quite obviously. Picked it out myself."

"It's lovely, Ms. Huntington," Maggie nodded eagerly.

"Oh please, don't call me that..."

"What should I call you then?" she asked, adjusting her glasses.

"Oh...you'll see. Now, let me show you around my office," Alexandra waved her forward and opened the door to her executive sweet.

It had a beautiful window view with large bookcases and a balcony. The room was massive...

"It's so...beautiful!" Maggie marveled in complete and absolute awe, as she followed Alexandra into the adjoining room, the one she claimed belonged to Ruben.

It was a common hoax she pulled on her father, as not to lead him to the actual room. He'd simply notice the office was closer than he'd expected and he'd forget the fact that Alexandra was next door.

"Yes, but not nearly as beautiful as you, my dear..." Alexandra grinned like a Cheshire cat.

"Um...excuse me, Ms. Huntington, but you're making me a bit..." Maggie entered the room and noticed the brick walls, chains, ropes, and a whole bunch of other kinky items. "Uncomfortable."

Alexandra flinched.

"I told you not to call me that, Maggie. From here on, you are to refer to me within these doors, in private, as Mistress. Believe me deary," she grabbed a hold of Maggie's chin and pulled her gaze towards her own brown eyes. "You have no idea what uncomfortable really is."
