An Evil Need

Is a demon or vampire feeding/sex story too obvious?

Now, come on! That title needs a story!! Anyone have any ideas? :)

How about going in the opposite direction from demons and vampires (though demons and vampires would give the title a more sultry tone.) Instead a girl or guy who's been raised by a puritanical religion. Maybe a historical tale and they ARE puritans? Or a farm girl, home schooled and wanting to do missionary work who is holding to chastity and innocence? Or a fantasy story with a kind of puritan-priest as the protagonist? Or a monk vowed to chastity who really, really believes he needs to avoid the temptation? Or, come to that, you could have a modern minister who has been raised (and preaches) that a man should marry and have sex only with his wife and in the missionary position.

So, our innocent girl/boy finds this "evil need" inside them which is making them do things that feel really good...but don't seem holy; or the more knowledgable monk/priest can't seem to rid the evil need inside him, no matter how he chastizes his flesh and reads his holy texts and even avoids all contact with....Well, whatever sex he/she finds themselves deeply and irresistable attracted to.

Or, finally, our upright minsister finds himself unable to rid himself of this evil need to sneak out and engage in kinky sex--some of it, from the p.o.v. of his religion and congregation, REALLY "deviant" like a desire to dress up in women's clothing, be taken up the ass, urinated on, etc. etc.

I imagine any of these folk would tend to refer to their irresistable desires as an "evil need," one they'd do anything to be rid of...it if didn't satisfy them so well ;)

some religious people believe that masturbation is evil. Maybe have a religious person or a person whose parents are religious and told him/her that masturbation is evil and the person discovers the pleasure of masturbation.

or

(This one may be a stretch as an evil need, but...) The main character has a thing for virgins. Virgins like Jessica Simpson was, "I'm gonna save myself for marriage." It could be that he has these urges to "corrupt" the innocent virgins, or he sees these women as a challenge.

just a thought.

if you go in the 'secret desires' direction, you open endless possibilities. Incest is certainly taboo enough to fit. Or bdsm. The need can range from Daddy's penis to being whipped.

I think to justify "evil" though, it needs to be more than merely taboo.

What about Taboo, mixed in with a little bit of Non-Con/Reluctance? ;)

I'm not all that particularly fond of much when it comes to NonCon Reluctance, but there's a writer out there called PAS that writes some pretty good stroke-incest stories in this category on Lit.

I see this title being aptly applied to a story about some family member (preferably male IMO, though I believe it could work just as well from a female POV) lusting after another member from afar, then one day losing control of their own senses and just going for the object of their desire.

The other participant is hesitant, hung up on the taboos or just unresponsive. Rape/reluctant intercourse ensues, maybe it turns into something consensual over time, maybe not...

I have been pondering doing a story like this ever since I came across some of PAS' work (to be found here) but don't quite know if it is me, as a writer... though I did enjoy her work from a purely fantasy prespective.

A warning thou - some of her stories are pretty extreme, sometimes violent.

How about an extremely chaste person has a split personality or sleep walking state where they're a serial rapist?

OK, combining a few of the previous ideas...

...have a protagonist who is a goldenboy kind of good kid. Pure of heart, good kid, etc. Then maybe he gets some sort of sex curse, which forces him to seduce innocent women and corrupt them, the curse getting stronger with each girl whose innocence he takes.

Same idea could also work for a female protagonist. Little Mary Lane was such a nice innocent girl, then she caught The Curse(TM) and uses her innocent looks to seduce unsuspecting young men so she can rob them of their virtue.

rofl :D

Great idea mate, love the TM too :p.

Go with it, would be a great read if someone was to work this out into a story.

That's because she's got such a strong work ethic! She didn't take a break until we'd ALL lost our virtue!

Did someone call me?

I rather like the idea of our evil need being a different kind of "vampiric" need.

Here's a thought: there is an eastern belief (Kama Sutra wise) that people exchange energies via sexual fluids. The original idea was for the man (the sexual monk trying to master such things) to arouse the woman to orgasm, and then, while involved in intercourse, to do this trick just as he was about to cum where-by he hit a particular spot which re-routed his sperm (I seem to recall it's near the anus so it must have to do with pressure on the prostate). This re-rounting kept the sperm from leaving his penis and going into the woman. Why would he do this? So he can take her "Yin"--the fluids she produces during orgasm, and the power of those fluids, AND keep his own power as well. If he cums, then she gets his "Yang" and the monk didn't want that to happen.

Selfish monsters, these men.

Anyway. Here's a really, really weird and creepy idea that mingles the others--and which might appeal to a good, sick, erotic mind: A sweet, honest, sensitive, good samaritan guy is cursed with this night-time evil "vampiric" need--one which, like a hunger, he finds impossible to resist, even though he KNOWS it to be evil, it haunts his conscience, etc., etc. He goes out, finds a girl--perhaps part of the curse is that when he feels this hunger, he becomes quite irresistable to the ladies. Maybe he even tries to warn them of the danger, but they never listen. He goes home with them and gives them the best sex of their lives, including multiple orgasms while engaging in intercourse--only he never cums. Instead, his penis sucks in their fluid and feeds on their "Yin" (their erotic spirit, perhaps?) depleating them. Not to death, but as a Vampire might, leaving them never quite the same?

I'd say go with a guy because I've seen the opposite in enough other stories--the succubus/black widow woman with the deadly opening that latches onto men and drains them of all their precious bodily fluids. Or is that what guys normally believe is going on? ;)

Then again, that might be the way to conclude the story--if he finds his female opposite and they exchange energies?

i really like texguy's idea. if you have a protagonist/POV character who's been raised w/ the notion that sex is dirty/evil, you could write a very powerful story. of course, w/ that title, my impulse is to think in terms of a series that wanders through a lot of lit's categories, starting w/ masturbation, then progressively towards less tame categories.

actually, this sounds like an ideal project for a chain story, IMHO.

Interesting how a single simple concept like a title can take us in so many different directions.

well, it's rather like those writing competitions where they spot you the first sentence/paragraph, you know? :>

even more interesting if they also spot you the final line/paragraph.

I know! :D That's what I love about Lit!

I'm not sure "how", or why, or when...but this "title" came to me and I knew there had to be a story behind it! So, I took it to Lit and sure enough, it's been split into several directions so far. :D I love this site!
