"Red Eye" on Fox, was actually funny tonight.

So was Ann Coulter putting down Bill O'Riley(?) (sp) when he didn't even get it.

Did you see Charlie Rose interview the new General in Iraq, 'Petraeus' or sumpin like that? Interesting.

And the eight Demographs on stage where Obama and someone else came in ahead of Hillary in the polls?

Wrote a non erotic poem, "I should have kissed her..."

Planted Walla Walla Sweet onion sets, a hundred of the little critters and transplanted some Dill plants and Zinnia's.

Gagged again over the thread, 'Selling the War' by Dr. Abuse.

Wondered where Tatou might be and what I might have to do to snuggle with CharlieH and Selena Kittyn...and mused about Yui...and her stories.

Posted "She and He" an erotic fan fic about the Harry Potter girl and Sean Connery on a non erotic site.

Cooked Pepper Bacon and four eggs on the veranda...

tracked down a line of ants and murdered several hundred.

smashed a bee in the kitchen.

marvelled at a beautiful spring day and had an article rejected by the local newspaper.

housewatching for a friend for a weekend...

~~~
pretty dull day...
I hope you cleaned up the mess after 'gagging' on 'Selling the War' - it is someone else's house you're in.
Hello, Neon...wondered who and what, if any would be addressed...I said 'gagged' not regurgitated, not that it matters...
Like the Vietnam era protesters, the current anti war folks are one issue only and it amuses me...as it will cost them the White House.
Semantics *shrug* - means something else over here.
You need a few protesters to have a good argument, didn't change the course of Vietnam and won't change Iraq.
Body bags will.
They might lose the White House if they come out in favour of gun control, bit they ain't that stupid. I was really disappointed during my recent excursion across North East USA not to see anyone (other than police) toting a gun :cool:
Ah,gun control..forget that it is a constitutional guarantee, the right to bear arms...
A town somewhere in the south, Georgia, I think, of 28,000, mandated that every citizen own, possess and learn how to use a firearm.
That was over ten years ago.
In the ensuing time, crime has decreased by 90%, while in Washington, D.C. with the most rigid anti gun legislation in the country, gun crime is at an all time high.
Ponder that...
Hi,
I think that I remember that some town had passed a no-guns within the city limits law and the town in Ga. had somehow gotten the guns from that town. The gunless town had an increase in crime while the one with everybody armed and trained had a reduction in crime.
I am not sure about this but I do believe that it happened that way.
That town in GA is Acworth and they don't really enforce the law...
Huh. If I moved there, would they give me a gun and training, or would I be forced to purchace it?
Sounds like a full day, Ami. What is pepper bacon or is it that obvious? I ask because I've tasted what American's call Canadian Bacon and Canadians generally call it ham. Canadian Bacon is actually a specially cured bacon, typically pressed in cornmeal.
