An Apology

With regard to the mountains of negative comments received from Literotica readers regarding my feeble attempt at erotic literature: my sincere apologies for appearing too close to what you might have considered reality. What appeared in my story "The Beast in Control" was simply an attempt to join the literary guild, so to speak, of this site. I, again, apologize to those who were offended and shall withdraw my story from publication by Literotica. I am most disturbed by those who have chosen to refer my ramblings to the Attorney General of my state for action in the misbelief that I am "...obviously interesting [sic] in committing a crime..." without first discussing it with me. I do suppose I shall have a difficult time explaining my literary motives to representatives from that office, will I not?

My thanks to Literotica for the opportunity, but it appears I have overstepped my bounds.

As for one's implication that this may have been an attempt ("lame" as you termed it) to have my stories read, that illustrates the fact that you do not know me.

Just so you know, if I had one dollar for every nutjob that threatened to sue us, turn us into the police, damn us to Eternal Hell, or otherwise cause us some sort of mayhem because of the fact that we publish Constitutionally protected adult fiction, I would be a millionaire right now. There will always be those in our society who dream of a police state where Free Speech is against the law, and their Puritan morals are the code under which we all live. Fortunately for us, the Constitution does not allow such a place to exist within the United States of America.

It is always your own personal choice whether your story remains on the site or not, but I would take this about as seriously as I take any self-righteous anonymous criticism. If someone continues to annoy you, you do have the option of turning off Anonymous Feedback as well.
