Use the search button at the top of the page to fing the text you're looking for. Set the "display results as" choice to "posts" to show the individual messages that match your search.

When you find a particular post in the reuslt youwant to bookmark, right click on the link to the post and select "add to favorites" to bookmark that post instead of the whole thread.
