An "a-z poem" challenge

Here's a little exercise to challenge your creativity.

Write a 26 word poem. Each word begins with a different letter of the alphabet. If you're really talented, you'll keep your ABCs in the correct order.

Here's an example I came up with:

A barrater calls Dorian each Fall.
Gathering her iced jewels--
karats languish mercilessly nevermore--
over paradise quietly resting,
she totes untold value
where Xanadu yet zens.

I really had to take poetic license with the last line. The really challenging part is to have your poem make sense and be interesting.

Gray, hurt, irked, jaded, killed.
Laugh, my nerve! Our poem's quilled.
Raises soaring thoughts unreal.
Vanishes wordless xenophobia,
yesterday's zeal.

Warmongering xenophobic zabernists!
