.....any ideas of how amnesia might lead to bigamy....maybe a married man doesn't know he's still married and meets a new woman after he recovers....wife finds out....and then any number of things could turn out to happen...from jealousy to acceptance...polygamy, perhaps....

Or a man who is already a bigamist gets amnesia and both of his wives find out......that could be fun, too....he's as confused as they are....maybe both wives are pregnant, too....what ever to do....

Or a man is puzzled and confused when he wakes up with amnesia and his wife, whom he doesn't recall, claims that he was a cuckold....he does some research, of course....not believing her....finds out that wasn't true....she's been wanting it, it has been an issue between them....causing a rift in their marriage....and she has tried to use his amnesia to get her way....can we say backfire....I'm seeing divorce lawyers here....

Or a more bizarre situation where a woman has lusted after a married man and uses his amnesia to make him think that he is HER husband.....so he cheats with no guilt and knocks her up....he is very pissed when he learns the truth....but is also attached to her now....he is torn in a way between the wife that he starts to love again and the other woman, whom he has grown to love as well....he hates her deceit and scheming....but has drawn close to her....I don't know how this would work...but it would be interesting....

....Or an incest angle, where a sister makes her brother think that he is actually her live-in beau (they do live together, not as lovers)....trouble is....he's got a lover already....maybe even a male lover....

Or a gay man uses amnesia to land the hot, repressed bi guy at his office...

Not to mention scenarios where men do this sort of thing to amnesiac women....but it just seems more of a woman's kind of trick....very sneaky and motivated heavily by obsession....

Or father/daughter or mother/son where the woman tries to convince the guy that he is simply in a relationship with a big age gap....

Another idea....man leaves polygamous sect without ever practicing polygamy....(this doesn't have to be a Mormon sect, either).....gets amnesia....his family convinces him that he was engaged to marry 3 or 4 women....and he goes along with it.. marries them..could be fun...especially once he finds out the truth...

Another where a crown prince is convinced to become king (despite his previous refusal) after amnesia....possibly even an arranged marriage that he has resisted before....

Anyway....getting all kinds of ideas here....scenarios ranging from the cruel to the comical to the very sexy....jottin' 'em down as they go along.....

I like the Gorean one best, actually....especially if turned out that he DID have Gorean fantasies....and, of course, Gorean masters are free to take as many partners as they please....it's not really up to their slaves...that's my understanding, anyway....

Of course, a mix of the incest and the Gorean would be nice in a way, but I've already mixed those two themes before (see Forbidden Fruit).....though that was a mother/son and the other woman was the kajira, not the mother.

What if the man wakes up and doesn't remember the last 5 years, but remembers what happened up to that point. The problem is that 5 years ago he was engaged to Molly. Molly broke off the engagement 4.8 years ago, and had been regretting it ever since. He went on with his life, left Molly behind and found and married Veronica.

So of course, when he wakes up he asks for Molly. Molly is confused as to why a man she hadn't seen in more than 4 years (although she still pines for him) wants to see her at the hospital. Before she goes in, the doctors explain about the amnesia. So she goes in and tells the guy the marriage was delayed and would happen as soon as he's out of the hospital.

Veronica finds out through the newspaper (maybe she thought her husband was on a long business trip or something) about the marriage, and hurries over.
