Greetings..

I'm not totally sure about this, but last time I checked, Americans have one of the most strenuous schedules in the world.. Compared to the European nations, no offense, my EU friends, but the French, Germans, and even British all take time out of their days (for the most part) to either have tea and crumpets with a chap, or come home for three hours to sit down with their family to a nice lunch.. Wouldn't that be nice if we could all afford ourselves that kind of leisure? Unfortunately, with the American society being the way it is (for right now), we're obsessed with our work and therefore don't have the time for such niceties. I can't think of anyone who wouldn't want to take off work to go and have lunch with their family. So.. In retrospect, I wouldn't exactly call we Americans lazy.. We do have a lot to deal with these days, which isn't to say that anyone else doesn't, and our ways of life force us, if you will, to work hard, and after the work's done, yes, then we can be lazy.. But not until.. Before I go, I hope I haven't incited a post riot or anything with this little quip, but I just had to put my two cents in.. Can't we all just get along?

"Americans" are FAR from having a strenuous schedule compared to other countries. If you've travelled to other coutnries that take breaks in the missle of the day, you'd know that it's because they get up early in some of these countries, work for 5 hours or so, take a break, and then go back to work for 5 or more hours, not getting home until 8pm in some cases, or later.

WE ARE LAZY, at least some of us are, I know I sure am.
