Just curious if we have any around here... Make yourselves known!

Okay, let me be more clear... I live in Canada, but work for a company that Sprint uses for outsourcing. But as a customer, you wouldn't be aware of that. I'm just taking an informal survey, of sorts. C'mon now, speak up!

Are you talking about Sprint PCS? I used to use them, but the service was horrid. Calls dropped all the time, and I lost the signal as soon as I walked into a building. Calling their service number would take an average of 30 minutes on hold.

I switched to AT&T. Not a single of my friends still use Sprint - we all had the same experience.

Well, at the risk of advertising for corporate parasites - I have been using Sprint for nigh on 2 years now, and I haven't had any problems. The connection, for me, is as clear and reliable as they advertise, and the coverage is great.

I like that free long distance deal, too. I don't know whether or not most companies have that now, but it's sweet for staying in touch with no surprises come bill time.

I use the old (now) Samsung 3500 phone. Never had any problems with it, either, but I do think that the battery is starting to give out.

Still lasts more than I day, though.

Oh, and all of my friends use Sprint, too - each with a different kind of phone - and none of them have complained either.

My family all uses them linked to an account. Somehow I got the "master" phone and they all have "slaves".

Result?

Mine's the only one that works well, and the only one that has working Caller ID. My brother has gone through 2 phones trying to get them to work, but so far, no luck.

I use mine the least, too.

I used to have Sprint PCS. Then my phone broke and they wouldnt give me another one so I had to send it to them. I got it back 4 months later and a bill saying I had over due charges. I refused to pay them because my phone was broken and in their posession for that length of time.

The only thing of Mischka's I'd drop is her soap in the shower, but I digress.

Sorry, Mike
