This is related to Pilot's thread on ways to leapfrog bestseller lists in a way.
An Indie publisher is writing here about how Amazon failed to present one of his author's books sales figures properly, so that her book didn't go up the bestseller charts.
Do Amazon and Creativespace Rip Off Indie publishers ...?
I don't know if they do. My safe sex werewolf story (ROFL) has gone to 8000 plus downloads (I think, I gave up counting now!) I have no idea if it's in the bestseller list as I don't know how to get to Bestselling Werewolf Erotica. It sure isn't backed by any mainstream publishing houses!
