I went out for the evening, to a wedding and my sisters kids were staying here the night. wich ment the babysitter was sitting at my house
when I got home my bed room was in shambles.
she blamed the kids I belived her cause they are hard to handle and do that alote.

well I get on my comp.
programs are closed, ones that run 24/7
lit was closed wichi is opned 24/7.
my picture folder was opned.
my porn directory opned.
my messnegers were all shut off.... odd wtf happneed
then I try to check my e-mail......... I cna't I'm not signed in.
some unknown user is signed into my mail.

oh look it's the fucking babysitters name@hotmail.com......

Fucking bitch was useing my comp............... and going though my personal folders that noone is supose to have access to, I have things in there that are NOT supose to be seen by anyone, like pics of me, and some of my girlfrind

NOONE has the right to go though my personal things without my permition.
this makes me wonder what other things she went though in my room.... are my toys safe? did she use any? are all my colectors items still here and safe?

well since I had access to her e-mail, I sent her a message. it was polite, afterall I am that kind of guy.
but I politely dug into her and told her she was not a respectable person and deserves for someone to do such things to her.
if I don't get a responce in a day or two I will send her another mail next time not so polite.

and she is my sisters next door neighbour, so If I see her again I am going to chew her out and verbaly put her 6 feet under.
I will not get violent I will not threaten her, but I am going to go off on the 16 year old fucking bitch.

I've learned that when ever some one else may have physical access to my computer, I assume that they will read what ever I've left open, so my personal things are behind passwords, and hidden so that they aren't ovious when some starts up the computer. Its just trying to keep honest people honest. sort of like locking your car when you park it. If someone wants to steal it they prolly will, but why leave the keys in the ignition?

I understand how violated you feel. But I agree with those who said to be careful how you deal with her. Get her in too much trouble and she might decide to fuck with you. If she was into all your private stuff she might have made some copies. I would confront her privately. At least to start with. And see how she reacts.

Working in the LE field, I might add that when you have an adult that has been "violated" by a minor, you want to be very careful how you deal with it. This girl was invited into this home for employment. Was she told to stay out of that room or was it just assumed? She could very easily twist the truth to her parents and you could be in a world of hurt! I urge you to let this go, it could turn on you. You are an adult and a minor has gotten into YOUR porn. This screams of a lawsuit if you pursue it and piss her off. Your life as you know it will be over, regardless of what really happened. Society will believe the 16 year old over the adult. Let this go. Learn from it, take steps to make sure it doesn't happen again, and move on!

Oh, and there are no laws protecting e-mail. It is not a felony to open anothers e-mail. Sorry to drop that one on you. You have no legal grounds there. You will have a very hard time convincing a judge that you were violated by a person that was invited into your home and was not expressly told not to touch your computer. The parents of the 16 year old may not see things your way either. Watch your ass!

My computer is on 24/7 I never shut it off and I've the cable for internet so it never goes off eather.
that is how she got on. still my room is on the second floor. the only thing up here is......... my room. walk up the stairs and your in the bedrooms, no hall or anything up here but 2 bed rooms.

she should not have been upstairs at all, let alone going into my computer.
I should be able to feel safe haveing my computer turned on im my bed room with the door shut and have noone go though it.
my family as much as they don't give me privacy..... they have NEVER gone on or through my computer. so I didn't think twice of shutting it off when I left, I mean I never shut it off and my younger sister has friends over all the time.and that room is connected to mine. they all have never enterd my room, only one has ever and that cause she asked me "can I check my e-mail?" so I let her.

I don't care if my comp was on. that's not an excuse for it.
