I've read one here that sounds very similar. The guy turns human at one point, but still, I don't see that there's much difference.

And the difference between those type stories and dog/girl porn is that a werewolf is a creature we accept as being part human, and being capable of at least some human emotion. It helps if the character the werewolf is having sex with sees the character that way as well.
