JBJ was the only person I know that called it, and he called it long before the primary.

Toubab pointed out the flaws in the polling and showed the possible path to victory through the rust belt. He hedged, but was ridiculed for e en ppinting out tge possibilities.

One of my earliest threads on the general board was not that different than this one. I was pointing out what a stupid place this is to talk about politics in the sense that a great number of people here don't really have any sense of history, and don't seem to have any interest or aptitude in the field of political science.

The thing that struck me was how prescient he was in drawing the paralells to 1939. This was back when the MSM still wanted to boost him on the assumption that just like McCain and Romney, the medias favorite Republican would cause actual conservatives to stay home. Trump is a liberal, and fit that mold. They were not, at that time, calling him Hitler, nor were his supporters yet deplorable.
