Hey everybody

I want more stories dealing with true altruistic sex, sex just for pity sake. Say that you have a male character that knows a girl that can't get laid for some reason (social problem, physical handicap or in some way unattractive without it being their own fault) So the guy feels that he has to fuck her without feeling especially attracted. But as they get going...

The hard part of such a story is to find a plausible reason for the sex. I would anyway love to see it.

Since you used the keyword 'fantasy', I guess some slightly implausible rationals are ok.... These are all fantasies I have played around with: (haven't written them though)

Variations on uglyness:
-- A woman cursed to appear as a giant spider. Only by sleeping with her will the curse be lifted (it helps to be blindfolded).

--Female telepath that cannot dream. She must share someone elses dreams occasionally or suffer symptoms similar to sleep deprivation.

--Female vampires, (nice ones) where they need your blood.

--A world with a great shortage of men.

--Female warriors so wired that they cannot come within a few meters of another without their instincts taking over and slaying the other. Using longish ropes attached to her wrists and ankles, four hold a fifth spreadeagled on the ground so you can give her a baby. Birth will present problems too so they will be back in nine months. You get left holding the baby because they would rip it to shreds involunteerily.

--A woman is somehow an outcast, and sleeping with her will make you an outcast too.

I actually quite like the basic premise of this story; making love to someone you aren't really attracted to in order to make them feel better about them selves or other wise appease their desire. I have certainly seen real life examples where a woman, who I myself would never consider going out with, becomes obsessed with someone who isn't interested in returning their affections. If I was in their shoes, I'm not sure I would have it in me to turn them down outright, especially since these women tend to have low self esteem and I would hate to contribute to that. Being in that position, I could see myself giving them a shot, and the story may well follow that the male lead eventually falls in love with this person as they become more and more physically involved.
The female character wouldn't necessarily have to be grossely unattractive or afflicted. Even people with mild physical or mental disabilities find it hard to attract and keep a mate in the current dating scene. There could also be a case where the difference lies in age; the woman being both older and single, perhaps a widow, who is very lonely and unable to sort todays modern dating scene and despirately wants a relationship, and an appeasment of her physcial desires. A man in his early thirties becomes friends with a woman in her fifties, and learns that she wants to be more than friends. Could he turn her down outright if it meant ruining her fragile self image and possibly their friendship as well?
There are a lot of potential avenues to explore in the vein of 'pity sex' that I really find fascinating. I'm really tempted to try my hand at one this weekend and see what I come up with. Quite a brilliant idea really.

My problem is that I don't like extreme. The internet gets really depressing sometimes. I just did another quick cruise before returning to the relative safety of literotica.

As usual I discover that most content on the internet is designed to cater to (a)serial killers, (b)people with the sexual sophistication of donkeys, or (c)normal people.

Anyway, if I wrote it, it would be a sensitive love affair.

This idea appeals to me above all the others listed. In some cultures, even to this day, it is expected that a woman remain a virgin until marriage. If she should lose her viriginty before then, willingly or otherwise, then she could be relagated to a very lonely existence in her tribe. As she gets older, her lonliness and desire would only increase. Especially sad if she lost her virginity as the result of violation or otherwise being exploited, she lives with this unfair stigma. The male lead knows she is undesirable from a cultural standpoint, but he does finally consent to be involved (not being able to have sex before marriage would make it hard for males too, though naturally there would be no stigma placed on them). Perhaps they try to keep it a secret at first, out of a shared sense of shame. Eventually, they must make their own way in the world, having evolved a much more intimate and loving relationship then they would have imagined in the beginning.

Pity sex for a less-than-attractive female! Now that's refreshingly different!

Usually, it seems like most stories in which there's a physically unattractive party, it's an ugly man who happens to get lucky with a beautiful woman. There are very few situations explored the other way 'round.

I may have to use that in a story sometime.

Reminds me of a movie I saw called "Dogfight." Anyone else ever hear of that one?

It's cool to see that people actually like my "pity-sex" idea.
If some of you decide to write a story with something like this don't be afraid to give me a message and will try to help.

And yes we have seen this plenty times with normal or ugly guys getting lucky with a beautiful girl (and i must say i really enjoy that too) but i think it's high time we saw a story where it is the other way around.

Perhaps the spider idea was a bit far-out for me, but hey...

A more conventional storyline. It starts with him marrying her out of sympathy, eg she is pregnant in victorian times, and then a relationship grows.

In dogfight, it started with the guys having a competition to bring the awfullest date right? and, what, then did he repent or something like that?

then there was that myth where the knight is asked to choose whether his wife is to be a beauty in bed and a hag in court or vice versa. That is similar.
Then there is the ugly duckling tale. In a way that is the opposite, because not only is the woman infact beautiful, it is argued that beauty is not skin deep.

The ugly duckling one is quite common I guess. Also beauty that is only apparent to the hero.
(a common groaner is where the society ridicules the woman for being too bony and tall with unfortunately pneumatic breasts, but the hero takes pity on her. What a hero )

Another whole area is personality defects. These are quite common. I guess it is the old "Who cares about the personality anyway" transformed into a virtue.

Yup, that's the one, Peterpan! Starring Phoenix and Lili Taylor. A few guys, having their last hurrah in S.F. before shipping off to 'Nam, bet on who can bring the ugliest date to a club. River runs off and finds Lili (a shy, insecure but otherwise great gal) and she comes close to winning the bet for him, until she finds out about the cruel joke and spoils it. River, feeling badly about it, chases after her and ends up spending the rest of the night with her and ends up having a good time after all. And yes, they do sleep together.

Very altruistic overtones throughout.
