I have a kinky obsession with sexual encounters in which only one person is the receiver of pleasure. I’m thinking of something which is slightly similar to prostitution, in the sense that a prostitute has sex with someone not for lust, but different from it in the sense that my fantasy isn’t about money for sexual services but more akin to sexual gratification as an altruistic donation - charity prostitution, perhaps? 
So it would work something like this: there is a giver and a receiver. The receiver in the encounter is in control of proceedings.
