I think it is a key aspect, if the relationship is to last more than a few days. I think that desire, care, and affection all tie in together to make the relationship last.

Indeed Mr Homeandalone, I believe so. And it is very difficult to find one that fits us best. Well, aside from learning to accept what one can and cannot do and respecting each other's boundaries I think it is paramount that affection of both parties are genuine. Otherwise, the relationship will eventually fail..

Indeed it is, that and a lot of people have a misconception of what it means to be dominant and submissive...on both sides.
