This particular form of welfare is usually called Aid to Families with Dependent Children and is abbreviated AFDC. There are other forms that also come into play, such as Public Housing and Medicaid and food stamps.

If you take credit for what somebody else has said, that is plagiarism and is something I am bothered by all the time. In this case, West is not taking credit and has included the writer's name. If you had read it, you would have seen that.

I'm not outraged about anything but I am perturbed that some people need welfare and that there have always been people in this condition and always will be. But, I am even more perturbed there are some people sucking at the public tit who are not deserving, such as those women, of all races, who have a multitude of offspring and claim not to now the identity of the fathers. This prevents the fathers from being required to support their progeny as they should do. There are others, including the drunks and junkies who refuse to try to do anything for themselves, but this thread is not about them.
