My kind of film - Chicago is!

Anybody else seen it yet? What a great show! I was skeptical when I first heard the casting. However, I was pleasantly surprised by them all.

Catherine Zeta Jones was not only gorgeous as usual, but she can sing and dance up a storm. Renee Zellweger, who I never really cared for before, was equally impressive-especially considering she had no musical background. My only disappointment was Richard Gere - who couldn't carry a tune in a briefcase. Queen Latifah was terrific in her role as Matron though.

The production was rich and lush and darkly funny. Every bit as fun and entertaining as the stage show-and at $6 a pop, a lot less expensive than a $70 ticket on Broadway!

I'm dying to go see it. I'm thinking of going tonight...especially after such a great recommendation!

Wear some toe tapping shoes, Caly! You'll love it.

I think the sexiest scene is the Cell Block Tango - those gals are hot. And, while the lyrics are hysterical, the dance number is spectacular.

I really enjoy both Catherine and Renee and the play was phenomenal...so I'm definitely looking forward to it. 99, I don't need tapping shoes...I've got Calypso in my blood...I'm always dancing!

I saw a preview for this today - it does look really good.

See? I like other entertainment too. ;)

LOL

Thanks for the bump. I will try to be more open minded about hockey! :)

Hell yeah!

That movie was dancilicous! Catherine Zeta has a much better stage presence than Renee Zellwegger ever will. She didn't have to concentrate so hard on her dancin'. Funny, singy and neato-keen it was.

Good times!
