I have these stupid old fools on my news calling for US intervention in Syria. I guess the Alzheimers has set in and they forgot about their last three stupid wars.
Obama should tell McCain to strap on a helmet and then buy him a one-way ticket there.

...the "rebels" would have long ago been almost wholly extinguished without the American military training they receive in Jordan and Turkey, without the tactical and logistical support they receive from America and, to lesser but still relevant degrees, Britain and France, and without the military arms they are supplied by Turkey and Saudi Arabia and Qatar - weaponry which, of course, is directed to those countries by the Pentagon.
Obama won't back-up his "red line" bravado...
...until he gets an OK from the Kremlin.

FSA says Israeli jets hit chemical site
DAMASCUS, Syria, April 28 (UPI) -- The Free Syrian Army says Israeli air force jets flew over President Bashar Assad's palace and bombed a chemical weapons site near Damascus, Maariv reported.
The report said the Israeli jets entered Syria's airspace close to 6 a.m Saturday and flew over Assad's palace in Damascus and other security facilities before striking a chemical weapons compound near the city.
The Hebrew language daily said a Syrian army air defense battery positioned in the city fired at the Israeli jets that left Syria's airspace unscathed. FSA rebels posted a video showing smoke rising up from the headquarters for chemical weapons. There were no reports of the extent of damage or casualties.
Neither Damascus or Jerusalem responded to the report.
In January, foreign media reported Israeli jets bombed a weapons convoy parked outside a military research institute near Damascus allegedly en route to Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.

Turkey-backed Al-Qaeda FSA hang some of the heads on the entrance of the towns. They offered to give the headless bodies to the families, but for a ransom of about 100,000 Syrian Pound.
The manager of the medical center in Nubbol Dr. Hussein Najjar warned of an eminent human crisis in the besieged towns.
“The towns are suffering from the lack of essential services, no water or electricity, and a siege that won’t allow even food or children’s milk in.”
“Many diseases have spread like Maltese fever, cutaneous leishmaniasis and scabies because of lack of water and of medical supplies.”
“The residents of Nubbol and AlZahraa are forced to survive on diet of grass because of lack of food. If the siege doesn’t end soon 60,000 lives are in danger.”
