I moved from New Mexico to Maine and it seems like I went from one form of country life to the other.

Maine is beautiful. I used to go in and out of it all the time. My family lives in northern NH.

My grandparents used to live up there. It was nice and all, but the pizza sucked. then they moved back down to Jersey to die.

I drive through NH occasionally. It's cheaper to drive five hours to an airport than take the one here in town.

Yes the pizza does suck. As for Jersey, I found it a nice place to drive through but I didn't stop.

The best seafood in the entire country can be found on the coast of Maine. Try driving on US1 it's beautiful no matter what time of year and the seafood restaurants whether they are huge or hole in the walls are wonderful. Billy's Chowder House.. Captn' Newicks (and all of the Newicks restaurants really) are just super. Gawd I miss the coast up there.

Yeah, I've only recently started eating seafood. Never eat fish in a land-locked state.
