I'm not sure if they are literally supposed to be opposed and the two with the ??? I admit don't entirely make sense to me.

the alien species is very loosely based on the seven heavenly virtues,seven deadly sins,the seven rays of the archangels and the 12 dark elements. the time setting for the alien species is urban fantasy mixes with medieval fantasy it also it has some of the lovecraftian mythos this is my story idea no none cant have this idea i just need some help with it this is my first time writing a dark urban fantasy paranormal erotic romance dystopian mystery neo-nior horror thriller. i have some other inspirations as well and it is christian mythology,greek mythology and Arthurian tradition

That doesn't answer the question. I'm not trying to change your mind (okay I am but that's beside the point) I'm trying to understand it so I can help. It seems like you're adding a step that's just going to be confusing, especially if you want to go into Cthulu.

I suppose you could "simplify" it by using something like the Ancient Aliens theory.

in my novel series it will have a counterterrorism and intelligence agency that has nephilim,aliens,human with psychic abilities,immortal swordsman/woman clans and the monster slayers society

But why not demons and angels which fit in much better with the rest of the mythology you're building here. You don't do aliens, tin foil hats and cthulu, you do you demons, cultists and cthulu.

Everything you're building sounds like you want to do a darker version of Buffy or Supernatural but you want aliens for. . .no reason I can figure.

And why are the good people straight and the bad ones adventurous. That's not at all how the Sins and Virtues work out. If you don't want to use the Sins and Virtues that fine but if you are you kinda gotta use em right.

And in Stargate they had lasers, the fact that they shot their lasers out of spears that realistically would have been difficult to aim instead of rifles is entirely beside the point.

both the god of light and the god of darkness has the power of creation they both create the universe the good half created by the god of light and the evil half is created by the god of darkness my whole novel series is all about good vs evil. the alien species of light mission is to protect the human race from there counterpart the alien species of darkness that why i am putting aliens in my books
