It had been almost 100 years since that dreary night when the feeling of her own heart beat was taken away. Now she feels every beat of everyone's heart, but her own. In her mind, she was burdened by the memories of every heart that she had stopped. She felt like a savage as the pang of hunger swept through her body. She wanted blood. She needed blood. She was cursed. She could not bare to drink the delicate wine that passed with every person. She was more powerful than any vampire "living", but she was driven by something other than the desire for blood. She had a soul and with that soul, she turned against everything that she knew. She passed through the shadows of the night, protecting those who she once fed upon.

Death had been good to her. She had been changed when she was eighteen. She still had a great body through her skin was much paler. Her blonde hair hung down her back, stopping just above her shapely behind. Her piercing blue eyes seemed to mesmorize anyone who could catch her ever- watchful eye.

Alexis walked through the cemetary like any other night. She looked for new graves and kept an eye out for mysterious "people" in the cemetary.... besides herself of course. She tossed her stake from hand to hand, a little bored.

Suddenly she heard a sound on the other side of the bushes. She moved quickly to the bushes, stake ready. She stopped in her tracks when she spotted three vamps. Normally, she would charge in and dust them all, but these three vamps seemed to be being handle by a young man. The young man was powerful and graceful as he fought off the three vamps. After a short fight, he proceeded to stake each vampire. A Slayer. Alexis quickly slipped back into the shadows and watched him as he wiped some dust off of his jacket. He was beautiful from head to toe and she couldn't stop looking at him.

She stepped back in the shadows and a twig snapped under her foot. Her head snapped up and her eyes locked on his.

((I know it has that Buffy feel, but I liked the idea. I need my slayer and then I'll need some vampire friends of Alexis' from when she was evil. PM me with character ideas.))

Billy was only 15 when he discovered he had abilities to slay vampires. It was during a school dance when some young vampires,
both male and female. charged into the school dance hall.

Billy grew into a feared slayer in the last 4 years. at 19 he was 6' 1" 185 lb.
Black short curly hair and green eyes. Lean and well muscled.
He carried hidden wood stakes that he could throw like a knife at a distance if he had to.

He had just killed three vampires when the sound of a broken twig caught his attention. with two big strides he was looking into
a pair of blue eyes. He was about to strike but something in those eyes make him hesitate.

He didn't know why but something told him not to kill her. He stood there ready to strike if he had to. He waited for her to make the first move.

He had definitely seen her and she was unable to move as he quickly moved over to her, half ready to kill her. But he stopped. Her eyes were locked with his as she stood there, expecting him to reconsider his decision to stop.

Alexis stared into his green eyes and with a grin, revealing her fangs, she asked, "Aren't you going to dust me like you did those others?"

She wasn't afraid of him even if he did decide he wanted to kill her. Those other vampires were just minions. Minions of a greater vampire threat. The most powerful vampire and her sire. He made her and he made her strong. Stronger than the others so she could sit at his right hand as his queen. When she turned, she was bloodthirsty and ruthless, but after she killed an entire witch covenant, she was cursed with her soul being returned to her. She has been cursed with the guilt of every kill and every feeding frenzy.

She wasn't afraid to die or fight. She watched him intently as he considered his options.

Billy always trusted he senses and he was never wrong. He knew who she was and what she was, still he didn't think he was in danger from her. she never made a move that every other vampire he kill had made.

Her demeanor was not of one that was ready to kill or to drink his blood. Her eyes has a sadness in them that he never saw before.
She was a vampire alright, but not like the ones he met so far. There was something in her that was worth taking a chance.

He looked at her for a moment before replying to what she said. "Aren't you going to dust me like you did those others?"
Give me a reason why I shouldn't dust you right now." He asked her, his eyes never leaving hers for one second, like I did
those other three.

"Give me a reason why I shouldn't dust you right now."

She let out a slight laugh and said, "Do as you please. But killing me would be a waste of your time. I haven't fed on a human in almost 50 years." As she said this, she thought back to the night she killed the covenant. The look in the leader's eyes as she cursed her and died.

She shook it off and looked him dead in the eye, saying, "I'm not an easy kill. There was a time when I tortured slayer like you for fun, letting their blood run through mine. It was like a rare, fine wine."

Alexis walked around him and gave him the once over, "Besides, slayer, I'm the least of your worries."

"Do as you please. But killing me would be a waste of your time. I haven't fed on a human in almost 50 years." She said to him.

Billy always relied on his instinct and lowered his guard down. He had no intention to kill her either, even if he didn't know why. His instinct told him she was no trait to him, if anything else, she could be of help.

Billy just locked eyes with hers. She had very beautiful blue eyes but softer than the eyes of a vampire. she must have bee young and very beautiful when she was turned. He body was very pleasing to the eyes. Her skin a little pale and her shining blond hair way down her back.

"I'm not an easy kill. There was a time when I tortured slayer like you for fun, letting their blood run through mine. It was like a rare, fine wine."
She said to him.

Billy could sense the strength in her alright, but it didn't worry him none, and weather she knew it or not. He was not like the slayers she once knew.

Billy looked at her without turning around but kept an eye on her through the corner of his eye as she walked around him. "Let her look all she like." He thought.

"Besides, slayer, I'm the least of your worries." She said to him.

"I gathered that much already," he answered her. "Your eyes are telling me something that I can't quite understand, and I like to know that
is. Will you talk with me?... I'm Billy." He told her.
