Regs up there are looking pretty fucking awesome. Pretty much don't do set up a farm/dispensary/coffee shop near schools/churches or in communities that decide to be dry, be a resident for 1 year, comply with ag environmental laws, don't sell to kids and don't be late paying your licencing fee (not yet set). That's about it.... You can even integrate all the licencing you want and do it all yourself.

Practically non existent regulations compared to gigantic ass fucking CA is about to give their largest cash crop.

Fuck if they don't set the licencing prices at some dickhead price I can't wait to move.

It only complicates my life because I have to deal with the Feds, too. Frankly, i don't give a shit if someone smokes pot at home. But they have to pass the fucking drug test to be on certain jobs.
