That's great news. The aids statistics are appalling, but the good news is it's down in Thailand by a nice percentage, and being that the world council on Aids has met there this year it shows a little promise.
It's just to bad it's still so prominent in Africa and China.

The US has pledged $15 for AIDS, but had no idea of how to spend the money. A large part, I feer, will go to treatment, which in developing countries is hopeless. The money woud be better spent on prevention, including condom distribution.

It is false that the US does not promote condoms overseas. It just does not do enough.

No. That's just the point. Not that the British government is giving out condoms, but that the US isn't. Just like the US is giving zero dollars to fund family planning in third world countries (because family planning advocates birth countrol, you see), while withdrawing support from pre-natal care programs sponsored by the UN, because these programs support family planning as well.

This is the price of the religious right. The US position iunder this administration is that it's either abstinence or you can go fuck yourself and die. It's just shameful.

A Light-hearted Look at AIDS.

My mission for this med school project was to suss out just what was afoot in the USA regarding germ warfare experiments. To that end I started with Fort Detrick in Maryland. (Rumours had come from out of the Soviet block, just after the epidemic started, that the AIDS virus had been engineered there.)

With my good looks, and apparent personal charm, lol, it took but days to elicit that the rumour was a typical Ruskie half-truth, to cover their own actions.

You probably know that the scientific explanation for the AIDS virus is that an infected monkey chomped the ass of a promiscuous native, so infecting him. He in turn rogered a local lady of easy virtue: She passed it on to a bank manager. He generously passed it on to his wife and a couple or three willing wenches. Lo and behold, in a matter of months 70,000,000 plus were infected throughout Africa, the USA, and Brazil in particular.

This – in plain English – is utter balls.

The AIDS’ natural doubling rate is about a year. If it had started as stated, and progressed by normal sexual relations of any type, it would have taken twenty years or more to hit the first infected million point.

The other slight point of note is that laboratory experiments provesd that injecting the virus into a monkey had no effect; the monkey was unable to even infect other monkeys – never mind humans!

Viruses are quite interesting things. It seems that Mother Nature has an inbuilt safeguard, which makes a particular virus effective to a particular to species, and not naturally prone to cross-species jumps, thereby ensuring any one virus (or its mutations) will not wipe out all life-forms.

A simple example of this is MYXOMATOSIS – the highly infectious viral disease of rabbits, which almost wiped out the European rabbit population, but affected no other species.

The other claim was that it was impossible to create the AIDS virus in a laboratory – bollocks. By the same token they genuinely claim that AIDS (HIV 1) is not of animal origin! – So where did it come from? Outer space…?

Less than a month into my research I found out some very interesting things:

Despite renouncing chemical and biological warfare in the early 1950s, the USA – along with other countries - kept pouring covert millions of dollars into continuing both.

In the case of the USA your eyes may be opened if you enquire into the ‘Tuskegee syphilis experiments” on those in prison. They may be further opened if you check on their experiments on 7th Day Adventist soldiers, or you could look up ‘serratia marcescenes’ bacteria, and its use by the US Military in and around San Francisco. These are ones I found out about: Of course there were many more perpetrated on thousands of other nameless victims, which other researchers uncovered.

The straight fact is that Russian scientists engineered the virus – in the USA. Without getting technical, this was achieved by a genetically engineered combination of an animal ‘retrovirus’ (look it up) within a human ‘HeLA’ (look it up) cell.

So what were Ruskie boffins doing in the USA? There lies another enigma.

China and Russia had been trying to infiltrate the Top Secret US experimental establishments (over 100 of them) for over twenty years. Russia did instil one agent – a certain WOLF SZMUNESS – more of him later, but we need to visit a certain Mr. NIXON first.

Nixon was rapidly helped up the political ladder by being a member of the ‘Un-American Activities Committee’. In view of his later actions I ever wondered if this was a deliberate ploy to hide his true feelings. The same applies to his ‘rows’ with his Russian counterpart Khrushchev. Were these too just a smokescreen? Whatever, out of the blue he invited Ruskie and Chink boffins to not only view, but also work in some of those top-secret establishments! The Reds and Yellows could not believe their luck, but jumped in with both feet. (At that time, there were more Russian and Chinese employed at Ft. D. than Americans.)


Right. We know who developed it. We know where it was developed. We can take it for granted as to why it was developed. That leaves the questions: How was it spread so rapidly throughout a large section of Africa and America. Why not Russia, Europe and China?

The answer to that lies in politics: Despite its ties with Europe via NATO etc., the USA was (is?) as popular outside its own boundaries as a Colorado beetle. Countries one would consider overtly enemies, covertly were happy to put their differences on hold against a greater threat (The USA). So how was it spread? – Dead simple to answer that.

This is the point where we introduce the WHO (World Health Organisation).

At this time, the WHO decided to embark on the smallpox vaccination program, concentrating on Africa, South America (Particularly Brazil), and Haiti. A quick check will reveal that the HIV 1 epidemic coincides both chronologically and geographically with that vaccination program.

The AIDS virus was incorporated with the vaccine – hence the rapid spread.

How was this possible? – A reasonable question for you to ask. Again it is quite simply answered: The Russians ran the World Health Organisation. (Check it out - Start with BYSENCHO, and Dr. SERGEI LITVINOV,).

Not long into the ‘Cold War’ the Soviets realised they could not compete with the USA – they simply had not got the finances. They opted for other tactics – albeit initially long-term ones. Their first venture into that field was with the SALK and SABIN polio vaccines. Their agent boffins laced both the oral and injected vaccines with SV – 40. (It had a twenty-year incubation period similar to the ‘Mad Cow’ virus BSE). It mainly produced brain tumours and leukaemia - and millions of Americans flocked to get it. You probably know some of the results.

Okay. That’s got the other countries sorted, but how did it spread so rapidly in the US mainland? Enter WOLF SZMUNESS – the planted Russian agent that the Brits were fully aware of. (Check him out.)

The Yanks welcomed him with open arms. He started off as a laboratory technician without any US qualifications, and some five years later was at the COLUMBIA MEDICAL SCHOOL as PROFESSOR OF EPIDEMIOLOGY! (His Russian brief was to ‘Instigate biological warfare against the USA’.)

The U.S. Center for Disease Control, and the National Institutes of Health, both supported and financed his Hepatitis – B vaccine experimental program. He rounded up as many promiscuous homosexuals as he could to take part in his ‘experiment’. He started in New York, and progressed to most other major cities.

Because of the number of willing gay participants it took less than ten years to have thousands already dead, and several million others infected. (The vaccine was – of course – laced with AIDS.)

BUT – you say, RUSSIA has an epidemic of AIDS on just as large a scale as the USA – it may have now, but didn't then. It never did have. Russia has ever been good at propaganda – and Yanks are brought up to accept any crap in total innocence and ignorance. Dr. ZHORES MEDVEDEV and his cohorts were given the mandate to spread the rumour that AIDS was ravaging the Soviet Union. They were obviously successful.

Sure, there are dozens of cases in the UK and the rest of Europe – mostly donated by dirty dicks from the US Military and other Yank visitors. That will always be a problem where there are hungry dicks backed by dollars pursuing willing wet pussy, or engaging in pile-pushing with indigenous youths.

There are trillions of possible combinations of the 9,000 pairs of the HIV – 1 genome ever mutating. To ever develop a vaccine to cover these constantly changing variants is about 10,000 times less likely than finding one for the common cold.

We will not see an end to AIDS – but AIDS will possibly see the end of humanity on earth… unless we get very lucky.

Very interesting but a bit too plausible.

Whilst I disagree with the 'out of Africa' explanation too I also note that your 'theory' is extremely neat. Names, dates, global organisations, but for the theory to ring more truely to me there would have been scientific labels (not popular press ones) for the vrius itself, the inclusion of the unqualified 'Professor' whilst probably searchable seems a bit too pat and the spread of the disease would be exponential rather than merely doubling, given the method of vectoring.

The inclusion of the WHO, being a communist conspiracy in itself was a step over the mark. The 'astounding' coincidence of an immunisation program in operation at the time of the spread of the virus is not even that. According to some reading on chance that I've been doing lately a co-incidence will become astounding only if you take into account other, similar co-incidences which were just as likely to happen, I'm sure there must be several which aren't even nodded at which would have spread the virus equally effectively.

The dis-abusing monkey thing doesn't quite get there either, for instance CJD, anthrax, chicken-flu. It's a virus, its job is to mutate. How do you catch a cold at the beginning of the season and at the end? It's the same virus in a different coat.

I'd guess would mean non-viable. The nucleus of a human cell is a virus (holds its own dna structure) so it looks like mating different species would work in the laboratory.

I've just realised the cross over infections and cross-over breeding are at odds with each other. Maybe I should learn some more nuclear biology or stop taking your post too seriously.

Only having a degree in bio, I would shy far from considering myself an expert, however, I could have stuck in loads of technical jargon that would merely bore most people even more

The whole piece is written lightheartedly, but readers can check facts and see what our - and other governments - get up to without Mr and Mrs average American having a clue. It's really a case of us looking at the mote in our own eye before spouting off about retarded 3rd/2nd World Countries, or questioning their stand on human rights, etc..

I think the final straw was when we showed you our 'Stealth' aircraft - which couldn't be detected by RADAR . I say 'showed' advisedly, because I received a UK 'Daily Express' national newspaper showing the picture of it on Brit RADAR, whilst in 'full stealth mode.'

As an aside: I visited a place called ORFORD Island, on the S.E Coast of England, where the Brits developed the A Bomb, and tested H Bombs. I saw the remains of one of our multi-million dollar ten year projects there.

As a Brit you may know of the impressive aerial arrays used, and the fact that when this RADAR and electronic gear was tested, (before using it to defeat the Russian RADAR and communication facilities), all shipping was banned within six miles of the area to stop them incurring damage, so powerful were the electronic signals transmitted from it.

They couldn't ban a small Russian trawler which sat just outside the three-mile limit. When the gear was started up, and whacked on to full power, the Ruskie 'fishermen' jammed it That ended the earth-shattering project, and the stuff was dismantled

A number of the charges you make she addresses as well. It's written so as to be accessable to the layperson without skipping out on technical details.

I will confess to always being suspicious of conspiracy theories; they seem to reflect a desire for a human bad guy who is inevitably portrayed as more clever than my experience with human beings has shown us to be.

Thanks KAREN. I have not read that, so can't comment. She has a good reputation, so it will be worth checking. I wonder for instance if she gives Government answers, or draws her own conclusions.

I take it she addresses the AIDS comments - not the US Government's involvement in experimenting on their own people. Whatever, it sounds a useful reference addition.
