Tonight it's Chicken Dovi, an African stew with onions, garlic, bell pepper, tomatoes and peanut butter. You mix the peanut butter with some of the stew liquid and then return half to the pot. The other half goes over steamed greens of some sort. I'm using Swiss chard. In Africa they use pumpkin leaves, which are surprisingly good. Serve over steamed rice with a cantaloup accompaniment. Yom!

And just the ticket for a rainy, cold (I call it cold) night.
