"Attention, students, attention...."
As you all know, it's that time of year, the time that you've all been looking forward, the time that comes right before graduation, a time that will give you memories for the rest of your life...if you don't drink too much and forget it all.
Time again for....
(for those of you not here last year, we did, indeed, have a prom--said thread for that past prom has resurfaced thanks to Vana). Here's hoping this year's prom will be as popular and as fun. Your Prom committee will certainly do it's best to make it so!
Please use this thread to:
1) Find and ask out your date for the prom.
2) Make suggestions for our theme.
3) Post nominations for Prom King and Queen.
4) Decide on a date for the prom--that is, a day not a person. Being as we are a global Prom, we will start the dance at around noon U.S.A. time (8pm British) and keep going for a good 24 hours or more so all people in all time zones get to enjoy themselves. Question is, which day? Within a week's time, what days would you like for your prom?
I know you're all excited and already picking out your prom gowns and tuxes, calling up the limos, and planning to spike the punch. Be aware that, as before, the Prom will be chaperoned--hopefully by our dutiful Head Master Og, and stern but kind Miss Grushenka. If they are unable to chaperone this year, I'm sure we'll find some other willing teachers.
