That's a good showing. Most of the stuff here can't be called Romance, and we still rank high among Romance people. Laurel can put a trophy on the mantel.

:)

I think Preditors and Editors began actually as a sci-fi horror thing? Somehow the romantica community has taken it over, tho...

Thrills me to see Lit up there.... :D

Shows we can give Laurel and Manu a bit of backup - pat on the back for the opinionated, fragile egos.

Do we not get a ceremony because of the writers' strike?

Seventh at what?
Picky details. :)

But since you asked:

Category: Writer Forums

Thanks for catching that tiny omission.

Rumple Foreskin

ps: Gauche, if there really was a non-sequitirism category, the AH would be the easy winner.

Our buffet would be Number One if someone didn't keep spilling horse feed.

I'm puzzled as to what this poll was about.

Does it mean we provide more smut or smuttier smut or what?

No Box, this is not a smut writers poll... its done by a website whose #1 goal is to educate and protect developing writers of ALL genres.

It is actually pretty prestigious... Sure, the audience is a little limited... but not to smut. By far the biggest audience served by Preditors and Editors is Romance and Young Adult is close behind... Erotica is not a focus of theirs...

I dont know, Belegon, "predators and editors" seems very apropos, considering the content here. :)

Hey--we tied for 7th on a predominantly non-erotic site. :D

That ain't half bad considering.

Laurel can put the trophy on her desk. ;)
