Aggravating Loving Wives story

I'm pretty sure this was in Loving Wives. A casual acquaintance tells different stories to a husband and wife, convincing the wife that the husband is both secretly gay and wants her to sleep with him. The end result is the wife ends up tying the husband to a bed, the trickster sodomizes the husband and has sex with the wife in front of the tied up husband.
