I would agree with the 20-30 part. Initially I was super focused on my own pleasures and not so concerned with my partner.

But a little over a year ago I met a wonderful guy who has helped me to explore and grow my sub side in our D/s relationship. Now, I'm much more focused on his pleasure and ironically, it has helped my satisfaction.
