Nah i think it is fake.

Notice how there is that black robe looking thing no her stomach. It looks like she has some life like looking lower body device and the black robe is covering up where the end of it is. Like she is sitting on a stool and her legs and lower body are covered by the black cloth, then the fake thing looks like it is her. They make life like dolls they look so real you would think they were real, if you just saw part of them. If someone had enough money it could be done.
