I wonder how much of the violence in the middle-east is actually staged/orchestrated by shady criminal elements of the US/British/Israeli intelligence/military industrial complex

The war on terrorism (and the war in Iraq and Afghanistan) are elaborate frauds designed to create multi-trillion-dollar revenue streams for the armaments industry and a myriad of military industrial corporations.
IMHO, this Afghan massacre was a PSYOP (psychological operation) meant to incite violence and rage throughout the middle-east for whatever reason.
