Affair with friend's spouse

It's funny what I can wrap my head around. Even though I don't find men attractive, I get that some men do. I also understand that people who are unhappy in their marriages occasionally seek what they're missing through affairs, and I even understand (adult consensual) incest. But I was visiting the portion of a website where they have various categories of salacious secrets, one of which was people who "stole" someone's husband or wife. Now, I know there are people so awful that they have no compunction about pursuing a married person in general terms. Some of these people, specifically, had affairs with their best friend's spouse. I'm not saying it's worse, but I took this to mean that they ONLY know the spouse because of the friend, and I just don't understand how you even end up in a position to fall in love with that person. (I recently wrote a story where this happens, and it was literally harder for me to come up with a believable origin story for it than for my father/daughter incest story.)

It's simple and it happens a lot more often than father/daughter incest.

Find a person who really wants to inflict pain on their spouse.

The only purpose of such an affair is to later expose it all, at a moment when it will create maximum impact. The closer the relationship with the spouse, the greater the hate.

We'll use a woman for the example, but men do this too. When a woman just wants sex, but not to threaten her relationship, she finds a partner who has no connection to her family life. She can cut it off at anytime and no one will ask why Uncle Pete not at Thanksgiving. If she chooses someone her husband knows, everything is different.

The basic hierarchy is fairly simple. It starts with casual acquaintances, on to co-workers, then close friends. If she wants to inflict maximum pain, his brother. Fucking his father(or son) is the nuclear option.

It's really just a matter of laziness and convenience.

Okay.

Confession time...

I fuck my wife. I don't always "make love" to her. She seems to like it.

Damn it's always 'spouse' , never 'grouse'. What's an ornithophiliac to do?

I'm with bronze age on this. That's about dishing out serious pain and a willingness to blow up an entire family in the process. No orgasm is worth that; sex is far cheaper than that price tag.

Please learn how to break your writing like this...

This is so much easier to read.

As for multiple relationships...whether married or not.....

One's stress and danger level increases with each and every "lover" type relationship...especially when one of the player's is married.

Just don't go there....period.

I realize you were probably posting about a story scenario...I just could not follow it due to the hundred word jumble with no breaks.

I do, however, wish you well and hurrah for story writing!!! Just use breaks.

LOL! It's because she closes her eyes and imagines you are George Clooney.

Act like you don't know any better. Don't fuck up her fantasy. :)

Aren't you part Indian? You are not familiar with the "Apache Grip" or the "Kickpoo Twist"?

signed....One satisfied lil' Indian girl

I'm familiar with Kickapoo Joy Juice...

At least I have the satisfaction that Clooney's wife is closing her eyes and thinking of me.

:D :D :D

Dan Tyminski's (bluegrass artist) wife (he sang Dylans' Man of Constant Sorrow in Oh Brother WAT) commented on how wonderful it was to have George Clooney sing the movie version while hearing her hub's voice coming out of George's mouth.

I get it.
