I have a female relative who has started ozempic(sp) and she's lost a lot a of weight. She is about my size and is going to donate the stuff that don't fit her. Blouses, Skirts and Dresses. Would it be wrong to suggest since she knows I dress to say instead of that send them my way?

Yea she knows. She asked what I wanted to xmas and I told her a Torrid gift card.

She's supportive but a little shy talking about it

Well, makes sense, but she is family..........whom we are sposed to love.

I mean, if the shoes fit… or in this case, the blouses, skirts, and dresses! You could totally say something like, "Hey, I know you're shedding the old wardrobe and I just happen to be around to give those fabulous pieces a new home. No pressure, but I'd happily be your personal fashion recycle bin!" That way, it keeps it light and fun, while showing you're totally game for the donation.
