Advice required from those with experience

Hi all.... OK, I'm here looking for advice on a subject which has recently come up with me and my partner.... we've been together over 7 years now and she has become a little unsettled - I believe her when she says it's not me, but she feels she's missing out on excitement... we got together fairly soon after she came out of her previous marriage, probably a bad move, and is now talking about maybe 'needing some fun'.

Our sex is life is good, of late it's been better than ever, but she's mentioned the possibility of 'wife swapping' or 'swinging' or even both of us having a bit freedom for a one night stand.....

Right now, I'm not looking for relationship advice per se, but if anyone can offer experience of sex outside of a relationship while staying together, that would be great. I'm pretty sure I'm aware of the pitfalls, and I think this is possibly just a 'sticky patch' in our relationship, however, if it's possible it could improve things, who knows?
