I have recently submitted my first works to Literotica, and one was returned with a comment about possibly featuring an under 18, which it is not. I will work on making that more clear in the text and re-submit.

Anyway, I have four stories in the same "universe" and one (the second) got posted. The first was sent back (as described above) and the other two were sent back to "keep the series in order". I'm not sure if that means I should do something about #2 having already been posted. When I submitted the first one, I was just all excited about rejoining Literotica after 20 years away and wasn't thinking long term. I also wasn't planning on writing more in the same "universe" but then I did...

Now that I am apparently making a bunch of stories in this setting and I have the opportunity to be be more thoughtful in how I post them (assuming I do something about #2). So, I would also like some advice on categories, please.

The stories are set in a low tech world and feature fantasy creatures sexually. The first four stories each have fairly different relationship highlighted and I'm not really sure where to put them in the Literotica categories. There is anal, incest (not much), nonhuman, nonconsent, first-time, gay, lesbian, and voyeurism (light), among other fetishes without their own categories. I am thinking about just putting them all in sci-fi & fantasy, then tagging with appropriate labels?

With regard to the already posted #2, I feel kind of bad about deleting it because although the ratings are poor it has been bookmarked by several people and got a positive comment. I love all those people now, lol, and I don't want them to lose this story. Also, I am not seeing where I have the option to edit or delete it, so this may be a moot point.

Thanks so much for your time and attention.

You can resubmit it with changes, with a note to the editor about the changes and that it is a resubmission.

If the order is important, give the parts a common form with an incrementing number. (It's a little surprising that Laurel would have rejected Part 1 then allowed Part 2.)

Thar ya' go!

After you fix whatever flagged it and go to resubmit, add a Note To Admin that it should be in whatever place in the series.

This is a testament to not submitting subsequent parts of a series until the previous parts have posted, but that, of course, won't help you now.

What you say is a second part, which has posted with the first part having been rejected, is not marked as a second part in the file (https://www.literotica.com/s/reethas-claiming). It's given as a standalone. If you want it to be a second part, submit them all as a coordinated chaptered series (e.g., Reethas Ch. 01; Reethas Ch. 02).

From here, suggest you get part one accepted, which could be done, if you're sure there is no underage in it, with as little effort as resubmitting it with a note that there is no underage sex in it and to please point out where the editor sees it and you'll adjust. (That worked for me on my most recent story and it was posted with no changes needed). After the first part has posted (and you may have to edit it to get a series title if you wanted this to be a connected series), submit an edit to the second part, with a title that connects them. When the edit is done (which takes longer than an initial submission to effect), the votes, views, and comments of the original will remain.

I think it was because I did not label them as part of a series (excitement, haste, lack of forethought). And, while the setting is the same and there is a bit of overlap in the story line, the characters changed so the problem from part 1 was not carried over into part 2.

Great, thanks!
