Advice on Threesomes

So I've been married for several years, happily, and my wife and I have been discussing the possibilities of a threesome. She is bi-curious, and wants to give it a try with another woman. We've talked about it several times, even making our own ground rules and such. The big question I have is, as parents of three children, what's the best way to create that scenario? We've tried personals, but going to clubs or bars is really not something we enjoy too much, as we don't drink very much. Any advice on this?

We don't go out to clubs/bars all that much, usually just quite pubs or stay in but we were lucky enough to have a friend who we knew was up for it and who we also felt close enough to to know it would be ok. Would that be a possibility for you two?
