I’ve got some silicone ball stretchers and they are awesome for the sensation. I’m intrigued with metal ones as I can imagine them being far more comfortable and ones you can wear under trousers and at work. The problem with the silicone ones is a nut will often escape and it can cause immediate discomfort to the point you need to address the issue without delay. Can be very embarrassing if your company is your boss.

No. Just a thick (1", 2", etc) steel ring. But it comes in two pieces that bolt together around neck of scrotum. Much simpler than it sounds.

I’d think these are nicest to wear generally when you can go about your business. At least when you sit down you can get some relief. The silicone ones are constantly stretching the ballsack.

I made a penis clamp out of a plain plastic clamp that, when closed, went around a 1inch broom handle, holding the broom handle secure. Then I cut 2 thin copper strips, 3/4 inch by 3 inch ...and put three tacks with the points facing inward on each...and fastened them on each side of the clamp.
