advice for new houseboy please :)

I'm looking for stories, blogs, articles etc that would detail the daily duties of different houseboys and their responsabilities as well as those from the Domme's point of view (although I have found a few of these already).

I'm supposed to come up with a contract for my service and want to know what others do or think about it.
