I know this sounds like bullshit, but I've been incredibly horny lately and my wife can't keep up. I'm a stay at home dad, so rubbing two or three out isn't really an option. I'm not really sure what I can do or anything, I guess I just wanted to say this out loud, as it worry. Sorry.

I'd take that as a hint. Means she doesn't ever intend to keep up with you. I'd discuss it with her. No point in ruining a perfectly good marriage over sex, if she's willing.

I spend most of my time posting in the HT forum, and your complaint is pretty common over there. First of all, how many kids do you have and how old are they? I've read somewhere that infancy and toddlerhood tend to be the most stressful periods of a marriage because of financial concerns, disrupted sleep, etc.

Secondly, define incredibly horny. If you're wanting sex three or four times a day, then I'm not sure that it's reasonable for you to expect your wife to keep up with that for an extended period of time, particularly if she's working outside the home. However, if you're lucky to have sex once a month, then there's a problem, and you should be addressing it sooner rather than later.

I understand your lament. Working out is a great option, but that is not all there is. In my case, my "w" lost interest in sex after childbirth. Messed up hormones or whatever. Doctors have not helped. It is very stressful if she just isn't interested- ever. So once a day is actually pretty reasonable. Not all women and men have the same sex drives. And once a day lovemaking is pretty fair compromise. Perhaps count yourself lucky. On the other hand, never is a different commodity and there is something about the marriage contract that doesn't usually include that provision particularly if it occurrs later. I suspect when we all get older and experience our spouses aging, many of us will find one spouse or the diverges from the other's needs.
