I'm pretty new to experiencing pleasure from the exquisite pain of nipple clamps so I'm coming to you all for help. I have quite a high threshold for pain and have recently upped the pressure by purchasing Japanese clover clamps. I absolutely love the way they feel and tighten when I pull on the chain(btw, this is all self pleasuring) but I've noticed that the area around the nipple as well as the nipple itself is becoming chafed and bruised. If I can be honest, I love how it hurts but I'm afraid that I'm ruining my nipples. Are there any suggestions on how to prevent the chafing and bruising? Thanks for any input that you can offer!

After care. Rub pawpaw ointment on them and massage it in. Also read up on tissue damage, don't over do the clamping.

I'm with you sister, the pain is sublime, and the pleasure is erotically arousing.

I have no advice whatsoever

I have nothing to contribute other than to say I am now looking up Japanese clover clamps. Thanks! And enjoy the ointment.

Do pay attention to the color of your nipples while they're clamped. If they lose their usual color and start looking purple/bluish, it's time to take the clamps off.

For abrasions, arnica gel and/or lavender oil after the fact is helpful. Also, a warm compress will increase circulation and speed healing.

If the pads on the clamps are very textured, you might want to take them down with a mild abrasive, or smooth the pads out with a little filler.

Thank you so much for this! So helpful.
