This is a long story, and this has been going on for a long time:

Before you ask (or if you want to later):

It's not talking about this stuff, or being adverse to it, that allows it to continue.

This is 1 timeline, in 1 set of events leading to 1 court appearance, in a series of court appearances at various levels, and 1 of 3 separate issues in 2 separate courts which both appealed to a higher court, both at the Superior Court Appellate Division of the State of New Jersey as of this writing (3/15/2015).

These are the events leading to that----^

3 parts altogether: This is part 1 separated from the events of the other 2, which involve different legal issues, but all 3 in the same year at the same time at 1 point.

I've been in court for part 1 since Novemeber 13, 2013, even though it began with Law Enforcement and Child Services in late September of 2012, and with the villains (maybe...) in November of 2011.

This is not about me. (but it seems like it)
The problem is simple: Pedophiles. Pedophiles are the problem now, and not just for me. Dirty, corrupt, inarticulate pedophiles, and the persons that protect them.

There is a vast misconception (I think) about some of the stuff I post, and I know persons at least try to read it, so in an effort to condense all the legal (and not so legal) information relating to this one topic, and turn it into one coherent thread (since right now it's in at least three different threads), I'm going to retell the story and link it (since it's at least three years old and in like fitty posts):

So: 'The Story So Far...':

In October of 2011, I decided to write bad porn stories, again. This was a very not good idea.

Coincidentally, by November of 2011, I noticed something wrong with my neighbor downstairs (split level house). Once I knew for sure what was going on through thin floors and walls with underage children (who's ages were oft lied about), and once I could make an "in good faith" complaint, I did.

Went all the way to the top of the county. Had to be quite adament, looked like, to me, that I was dropping bombshells.

Now I have to speak to him, again, tomorrow when he is on duty.
At least the supervisor who explained the report and gave me the off duty officer's hours was cool. He even kind of whispered 'Good luck.'

The report also states that I was read the law ahead of time and then arrested.

So the probable cause is bullshit. Awesome.

But it lines up very well with the harrassment charges that are actually self defense on my part.

I still have no received a copy of the audio or probable cause, not even during my first appearance at the municipal court or my second appearance before the superior court of Salem County (next). I only received a letter, on official letterhead, saying the Pennsville Police had nothing to do with the investigation (next post), and the person who found proabable cause, the court transcriber and deputy court assistant, refused to provide me with her Court Administrator certification.

When I last left off - because there is so much information here - a pedophile neighbor threw his lifestyle into my face. I reported it, job well done so I thought. It wasn't, so I did it again, and then got bogus harrassment and noise ordinance charges for it, and the court produced no evidence oof the crimes, at all. In point of fact, they charged me with a law that doesn't exist.

I had to go to the clerk and get a pseudo copy printed, which is nothing like the standard form full of information that is usually sent out.

So the county prosecutor tried to hold trial on the spot. That seems to be a trick. Well thank goodness for the honorable judge on duty. He permitted me to file discovery, so as to obtain evidence beyond police reports with accusations.

The county prosecutor would also not drop the noise complaint as the officer and I had spoken to, twice, said he would.

This makes me sad. It also makes me very sad that I was charged with Ordinance 8.3-7 but only 8.3-2 is available from the police department and from the Pennsville Township website. I found a link to the 'old site' which carries the correct ordinance, but the pdf download is unsuccessful...

My next court date is set for January 8, 2014.

On a side note, the pedo was there and pushed to have trial today as well, so that he could extrapolate on the hardships and all of the things done to him, and the problems he's had.

Well someone from the state was knocking on his door yesterday, the one he got evicted from.
They don't know where he is, but he showed up to court unworried...

...and then there was the municipal trial:
I never received any court notices, I had to go and find out when my court date was, the judge knew nothing about this.
I was denied my 5th Amendment rights while testifying under oath.
The judge told me someone found probable cause or I wouldn't be in court, then he told me we were in court to find probable cause. This is not legal, the procedure for probable cause for a warrant filed by a court admin is in the next post.

Because I was charged with an law that did not exist, the police report provided as discovery had 8.7 changed to 8.2 with pen, and then photocopied. The court also gave me some documents that were 'created' the day of the arrest but were not provided to me upon request, only as discovery.

Frame job.

Gets worse if you think about it: The only evidence that I committed a crime was the word of an officer and a statement by the pedophile. Basically the evidence and probable cause were : "Because we said so."

So it was a guilty for me, and I was out $350 bucks in fines, and I still don't have the tape recording or evidence of probable cause or the legal authority of a court assistant to file warrants.

Then I got the transcripts, totally 'edited' for content, but you aren't allowed, as per Pennsville court rules, to record your own trial. (coincidental?)
