I would like to engage in discussion with females the many varieties of erotic, adult, hard core fiction from the 18th century onwards. Have any women read and enjoyed Apollinaire's Les Ones Milles Verges, an entertainingly extreme fantasy involving frank descriptions of intercourse among other intimate activities? It has been translated into English some years ago.
I have written and had published no holds or holes barred fantasy sexual fiction just for the pleasure of it, enacting many of the sexual pleasures with a partner as I wrote and to help describe accurately the physical and psychological emotions and feelings.
What do women think about hard core fiction? Your likes and dislikes and reasons. I think exchanges of opinions would be insightful and stimulating.

FWIW, I'm a softcore reader. I studied French so I'm familiar with some of Apollinaire's writings, but his work was a tad dark for me. I haven't read much erotica that goes back too far although a while back I went to Guttenberg's out of curiosity to read some erotica classics. However, the first story I picked sent me running after the first few pages. lol It was a Victorian classic that was more horror than erotica to me. And I have an issue with what passes for erotica in general anyway.

Anyway, interesting thread and good luck! Just a friendly bump.
