If you mean here at Literotica, then you would have to talk to Laurel. Mind you, she has her notions of who she feels is best qualified to moderate the forums here.

If you are talking of being a moderator at another site, you need to speak to the administrator or owner. And if you want to start your own site, there are plenty of places to do that - either freebies or places where you must pay.
