She made more money with less work and assuming she's not just a fantastic actress in her interviews she was doing something she enjoyed.

As for the short lives of porn stars I heavily suspect that it's got less to do with the owners being scum bags (sure some are, some aren't. It's hard to tell Max Hardcore is a genuine douche but he should never have gone to jail in the first place and it's mildly frightening so few people came to his defense. And the dude was way famous I hate to say "wow you should do your research" but this guy's claim to fame was being a brute. two seconds to look up one of this mans scenes should have been enough for the woman to decide it she was down for that. and then take a pass.) and more to do with the fact that it attracts certain kinds of people and requires an fairly fast paced approach if you're gonna maximize your profits. I do agree that he shouldn't have been arrested. But that makes him no less a piece of shit. This video is the perfect text example of what a scumbag the guy is. I don't like the kind of porn he does, but it's not (or shouldn't be) illegal. He's still a fucking creep and the way he manipulates and berates the girl in that video is clear evidence he's scum.
