Sorry this thread is posted late.

The idea is that all currently active and available editors post on here each month, so that authors can know in advance who is, or isn't, available. After two months the thread disappears - so we have the current and previous month's availability always on the forum.

My pedigree is at http://english.literotica.com:81/editors/editorpage.php?uid=216094. I know that the pedigree is under the name "snooper" but rest assured I am just in the middle of changing my name on Literotica, having wrecked the "snooper" account.

If you think I am a suitable editor, please contact me by PM for an email address.

I prefer to receive edits in MSWord format, but I can handle most formats (except .docx from Vista Office). Please let me know if you are UNABLE to handle a response in Word97. Be aware that I am not usually on-line between 17:00 GMT (12:00 EST) Friday and 09:00 GMT (04:00 EST) Monday. Turn round for a 5000 word story should be one working day, more for longer stories, but may be two days if you need the reply in some really esoteric format.

hi

I am a volunteer editor. If you need help please contact me, and send your story as attachment. I will try to edit, and send the story back to you.

no one is complaining about the late, thank you for posting it!

as i said before, i can not take anymore jobs, i have 8 days off until the next session starts and i'll use that time to catch up on the jobs that have been sitting on my computer since my last session started.

good luck, and i sure do hope this is a success, once again, thank you for taking the initiative

Yeah, I'm on board too. But in the middle of editing a 30-page .doc story. So won't be available in the next few days.

I'm still here (in spirit, at least) but my desk is collapsing under manuscripts I bring home from my 9-to-5. I doubt I can find time to work with any Litsters for a week or so.

First Time Writer

I just finished my first story. I think it is good but I was looking for an editor. My story is about interracial cuckolding and is about 4,600 words. Would anyone be able to help? I would like to post it as soon as I can. I have already spent 5 hours working on it and I want others to read it. It was rejected for punctuation in the dialogues. I went through it and I think I fixed all the problems. I spent 40k on a college education and I still got rejected. I can be reached at ranger8052@yahoo.com.

Thank you,

Bob1515

5 hours, is that all? XD

(Just joshin' of course)

If you're really having trouble finding someone still, e-mail me at someone@somemail.com
I don't really read that category, so I'm not sure how much useful commentary I can add.
But as far as touching up grammar goes, I can handle that.

Also, I'm available for editing to anyone else who's curious :)
I can't find my editor's profile or else I'd link it D:

Anyways, the gist is that I can do the basic second-eye kind of editing to get over the rough patches.
Sometimes it's just the little things like clearing out typos that make people receive a story a lot more nicely.

I'm willing to offer commentary on content/structure/flow etc. too if you'd like, though I don't have any fancy credentials XD

PM or e-mail me if you're looking!

I am back in the game and willing to edit just about anything. As long as people are okay with constructive critiques.

Putting your email into your post is not a good idea and will probably be removed soon unless you do it yourself. I wouldn't recommend leaving it there for everyone to see, because you'll be getting spam emails like crazy.

Use private messaging to exchange emails and the like. It's safer.
