The victim here was forced to play "Simon Says" and was begging for his life when the cop shot him dead.
Everything about this incident says someone paid that cop to take this guy out. Nowhere during this cop's rant did he show any hint of fear or worry. He was intentionally fucking with this guy a la Simon Says, and he shot him for no reason at all. But there was a reason. That victim pissed someone off and they paid for a hit job on him. Period.
And that jury that acquitted him? The speed of their decision SCREAMS "paid off" or "directly intimidated".
Investigators, do your job, find out who that shooting victim pissed off, follow the money trail, this was a fucking hit job.
