I had been sexting wit a girlfriend just before heading off to pay my rent. So I arrived cash in hand when the landlord points to my groin and says your flies are undone. I look down. I guess it was more embarrassing than accidental, but a few years back I lived with a group of guys in a rented out. We were partying hard one night with some friends and one of my roommate's sister. I had to be up for work at 4am. Around midnight I decided if I was going to be even 50% sober by the time my alarm went off, I needed to crash. My room was in the basement and I stumbled my way down. Apparently I had asked the sister to check my alarm clock because I was worried I was too messed up to do it correctly myself (I don't remember this at all). What I do remember was stripping off my clothes in my room and hearing something behind me. When I turned, there was the sister, seemingly as surprised as I was by our situation. I think the problem was compounded by the fact that I had a semi-erection going for some reason. She just said, "Your alarm is good to go" and walked out the door. I'm not sure I have lived that one down yet as it occasionally still comes up if we're ever hanging out.

really embarrassing moment

I had worked late on Friday night and got home about midnight. the house was quiet so i stripped down and went to bed. in the morning i got up and forgot my two daughters ages 10 and 12 were having a slumber party. as usual since we were nudist i got up and went to the front room naked. i walked in on 25 girls from age 9 to 15. i had a lot of explaining to parents that day . we did make a few new friend though afterwards
