I don't know how you can read this law and come up with this decision without disregarding the words and interpreting what they"meant" to say. That is not the role of the Supreme Court. This decision creates legislation. It's silly to say that dissenters want to deprive people of medical insurance. And as an insurance policy, The ACA is awful. The bigger issue is what is happening to our laws, our politics, our Constitution.
I think this case is really emblematic of the axiom, "A government that gives you everything you need, can take away everything you have."
