I was wondering if anyone would find this true tale as inspiration to write a story based on it.
A while back, a one-time girlfriend of mine was spending some time in my locality, and asked if she could crash in my living room for a few nights. We'd always stayed on good terms, and there was no reason why not, so I was happy to help out.
During her stay I learned that she was newly single. Her girl-friends had been encouraging her to "put herself out there", and at the recommendation of one friend, she was trying an internet dating site.
So although she didn't feel ready for a serious relationship, every time she opened her computer, she had new emails from hopeful guys who'd seen her pictures and wanted to meet up, and it was flattering her, and getting her thinking. It was kind of fun being around her at that time, as she was obviously flattered at the amount of attention she got online, and being "virtually wooed" by a number of men was giving her ideas.
One evening, after she'd arranged a date with one guy, she admitted to me that she had decided to deliberately use the dating site to find a hookup that was short-term and sexy!- I guess that being so "sought after" online had put her in that frame of mind, and also made it easy for her. So she'd chosen her date purely for his looks.
Soon after, she was telling me how well her first date with that guy had gone- he'd easily talked her into extending the night from their initial dinner date. After she'd glammed up and had a few drinks they'd got down to some flirting and kissing in a dance bar, before she'd had to end the night through necessity of work pressures the next day. She was looking forward to resuming where they'd left off.
As she was telling me all this, far from shy about it and clearly keyed up and excited at the prospect of no-strings sex, I couldn't help getting turned on, seeing my "ex" so consciously setting herself up for a brief fling. When she noticed that, things suddenly heated up between us and she took full advantage, while making clear she was just using me to keep her on the boil for her internet date guy. I was happy to be used, of course - and she still elected to sleep in the living room again that night, letting me know it was a one-off.
Then sure enough, shortly after, she arranged her second date with the guy... and I didn't see her back at my place that night. I didn't needed to guess what had happened, of course. And soon after, she confirmed that she'd slept with him.
When I think back on that now though, what drives me nuts is the titillation of seeing her build up to this fling or one-night stand, knowing how horny she was around that time (having experienced it first-hand!) and that she got herself fucked like she needed, but having all the details withheld. Also the fact she used us both for sex in quick succession.
If any author out there thinks they'd like to write this up as a story, filling in the missing (and climactic!) events, I'd love to hear from them. I have a ton more detail, of course, if you're interested in a project like that.
